Our methods meet the highest specification needed for each job. When it comes to bond,
hand & machine lay we are second to none. With bond lay of slurry, bedding material,
slurry on block or slab & hand lay you can expect an output of 30m2-100m2 per team per day.
With machine lay using specialist machines, like 360's with stone magnets, vacuum lifters or
tele handlers, we have experience with weights up to 3000kg.
All employees have manual
handling and machine CPCS. Grouting and pointing methods - We are recommended by Easipoint and
use many methods and products. The fastest and most economical involves a slurry mix used
to fill all joints, then we clean using heavy duty specialist sponge machines. When it
comes to cutting all employees hold Abrasive Wheel Tickets. Diamond blades are the order of
the day by standard cutters, floor or bench saws. Maintaining dust and containing noise
which are always key factors.
