Masterlay Driveways
With a wide choice of blocks now available each driveway can be individually designed with a large
variety of colours, patterns, edging and lighting. Driveways can be sealed for the perfect finish.
All work undertaken is guaranteed and laid by a very experience qualified installer.
A basic driveway construction involves:
Membrane, 150-200mm Type 1 compacted. 50-60mm of 5mm grit compacted.
Edge blocks and kerbs and drainage gulleys laid on concrete to sub soil
level and haunched where needed. Blocks and recess manholes laid in a choice
of patterns, the blocks are cut using Diamond blade disc cutters. Dry kiln sand
brushed in joints and then the area is passed over four times with a heavy duty
compacting plate for end result.
